C-Potential is a registered disability charity dedicated to recognising and nurturing the potential in children since 1963. For over five years, Tree of Hope have collaborated with C-Potential to help families secure funding for their services, ensuring that support is accessible wherever it’s needed.
C Potential specialises in expert-led rehabilitation for children and young people facing movement disorders. Their team of skilled clinicians works closely with individuals affected by conditions such as cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, and acquired brain injuries. In addition to movement disorders, many of the children they support also experience challenges related to learning disabilities, sensory processing issues, and communication difficulties.
Operating a child-centered, focusing on the unique needs and abilities of each child, C-potential partner with families to establish shared goals, our clinicians create personalized, integrated rehabilitation programs that enhance each child's development. This tailored approach ensures that every child receives the specific care and support they need to thrive.
