Nurturing the Potential of Children with Disabilities Since 1963
C-Potential is a registered children's charity that has been helping babies, children and young people with movement challenges reach their full potential since 1963. We provide specialist, family-centred rehabilitation for children and young people with a range of conditions, including cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, global developmental delay and other neurodisabilities.
For more than five years, Tree of Hope has partnered with CPotential to help families access funding for our specialist therapy and rehabilitation services, enabling more children to benefit from the support they need.
At CPotential, we believe every child has potential. Our experienced multidisciplinary team work in partnership with children and their families to develop personalised, evidence-informed and integrated rehabilitation programmes that support physical development, functional skills, independence and participation in everyday life. By building on each child's strengths and tailoring support to their individual needs and goals, we help children achieve meaningful outcomes and maximise their potential.
