Keri leads our Family Support team at Tree of Hope, where her role goes beyond managing the team. She is focused on developing clearer, more accessible routes to support, creating new ways of working, and ensuring that no child or young person is left without the care they need.
Her passion for this work comes from lived experience. For 15 years, Keri was the full-time carer for her son, who had complex health needs and was severely disabled. That journey taught her the realities families face every day - navigating systems, advocating for care, and finding strength in the smallest of victories. It also highlighted the importance of resilience, wellbeing, and self-care. Her son’s life, and the lessons he taught her, continue to shape the way she supports families today.
Together with the team at Tree of Hope, Keri is helping to build services that make a lasting difference - ensuring families feel supported, understood, and never alone on their journey.
