Little Armaan's helmet

Hi,

I'm Naziya Armaan’s Mum. Armaan has severe Plagiocephaly. Plagiocephaly is type of flat head syndrome which baby head grows only on one side from the back and the other side remains flattened. According to an specialist, Armaan case is servere as his back head grows only from the right side and the left side shifted forwards also caused a prominent forehead and his left ear is not aligned with his right ear.Unfortunately this treatment is not funded by the NHS as they deem the head shape to be cosmetic but they advised physiotherapy to help strengthen his neck muscles however this did not helped much.

Armaan is 9 months old. With the support of special Helmet, his head can be corrected, which can lead to have a happier future.I am a full time student currently not employed. My husband is only working part time. Due to his back injury, he had to cut his working hours. This current situation has caused financial strain on us. As Armaan aging, the chance of his treatment is reducing day by day. The treatment is only affective between 4 to 15 months old, therefore we advised to start sooner so we get a better result however the cost is beyond our ability right now. Unfortunately, the Covid and Russian invasion on Ukrainian have had a massive impact on us.
