The Premier Inn Booking Process Has Changed!


Premier Inn hotels are a very popular choice of accommodation for families traveling for treatment
due to their reasonable prices, familiarity and comfortable facilities.

Premier Inn are unable to provide invoices for a family’s stay which has resulted in numerous difficulties for both families and the Tree of Hope in getting the accommodation paid for.

We have worked very closely with Premier Inn to ensure that families are able to use money raised for their child to access these facilities with as few difficulties as possible.

If you wish to book accommodation with the Premier Inn whilst your child is receiving treatment our family support staff will need to make the booking on your behalf using our newly activated Premier Inn business account.

We will require families to provide us with the following information so that we are able to make the booking on your behalf:

  • Name and location of hotel you wish to stay at
  • Full name of all persons staying at the hotel (including children)
  • Book in and check out date & number of nights you are staying
  • Room type (double, twin, family etc)
  • Do you require the room to have wheelchair access?
  • Number of rooms required
  • Additional requirements (baby cot etc)
  • Would you like to include the Premier Inn breakfast and if so, for how many?

After booking your accommodation Tree of Hope will send you the confirmation of booking and any information you will need to provide to the hotel when booking in.  If we have any questions or queries relating to your booking we will contact you before booking.

Important Information:

  • We will always book the ‘flex’ option which allows amendments or cancellations to be made up until 1pm on the day of check in – if you wish to select the ‘saver’ option which is cheaper but allows no refunds or amendments to booking we will require an email to state this
  • Premier Inn regularly change their room prices – please be aware that any prices you have seen or been quoted may be more or less at the point of booking
  • We cannot guarantee that rooms or additional items you request will be available on the dates you wish to book
  • We will require proof of your child’s treatment dates prior to booking the accommodation. This can be an invoice or a confirmation email/letter from the treatment centre
  • It is the responsibility of the family to check the booking confirmation once sent to them by Tree of Hope and to inform us of any changes that need to be made
  • Lunch, Dinner, travel expenses and other daily living costs cannot be paid for along with the accommodation – please use our ‘expense forms’ to claim for these costs

Please note that this is the only booking method available to families wishing to stay at the Premier Inn. We cannot pay booking confirmations sent to us by families nor reimburse families for payments they have made for the accommodation.
