The Starfish Races will take place on 14th May 2017!
Due to the great success of the past two years, The Starfish Races will return for 2017, welcoming Ryder HQ as partners!
The predominately flat, looped course is set along the beautiful Bexhill-on-Sea promenade with sea views looking over Glynde Gap to Hastings & at the western turn across Pevensey Bay to Eastbourne & the South Downs. The Starfish Races welcomes runners of all abilities and includes the options to enter either a full marathon, half marathon, children’s race or 10.5k relay completing a full marathon between your team of four! Each runner receives a commemorative medal as they pass the finish line and are also in with the chance of winning various spot prizes.
We invite all Tree of Hope families to take part and raise money for their campaigns!
Although this is an event to raise much needed funds for Tree of Hope, we welcome entries from all charities to raise money via sponsorship by setting up a Just Giving page here.
The Marathon and Race options
Full marathon of 4 laps (£33)
1/2 marathon of 2 laps (£21)
10k Relay 4 competitors per team completing 1 lap each (1/4 Marathon) – £65 per team
Children’s races for under 14s (£3 per child per race)

Please note that if you are not a UK Athletics affiliated runner that there is an additional mandatory £2 per entrant charge to cover insurance.
