Share the world with me
I had a planned healthy and happy pregnancy, my boy was born
on time… but something happened in the delivery room. I was induced to speed up
the delivery and since then it went wrong… still took a few more hours for my
baby to be born.
He was a happy baby, had a lovely smile, beautiful blue eyes wanting to look into
the sky. He sat unsupported at 8 months,
started walking way past 12 months. By 2years old then we noticed that he wasn't
interacting with us much, would not waive or clap his hands even when shown and
asked. It was best when you would leave
him to his routine, only go to the park they only way and play with a gates by
the playground, but not in the playground. The understanding of us talking, doing
things wasn't there and by 3.3 years Dom wasn't talking either. Dom has some OCD’s (obsessive compulsory disorders) which keeps Dom in his
little bubble, but I really want my boy to share the world with me!
I have started to look how to bring his development up to
the age level and spend a lot of time searching. We do a lot of home sessions learning the
world around him, playing 1:1 closely and always praising my son to how well
his doing. I as a mother I learn new things about my boy every day.
Though my non-stop searches I have found a therapy in the
Advance clinic, which I truly believe this will help Dom to develop his speech and
understanding.
There are millions of children in need for the interventions.
Parents do not give up HOPE even if you struggling to understand how to help them. And every pound you give is likely to change
somebody’s life.
I do truly appreciate your generosity, please please donate
some money. Should we exceed the target
amount (or if we do not raise enough funds, or if they cannot be used for any
other reason) the funds raised will go to the general funds of Tree of Hope to
assist other sick children.
Again, thank you for your support and we wish you a peaceful and happy Christmas.
