The Plough Supports Tree of Hope with The Cook Book.

The Plough at Ivy Hatch

With hens producing fresh eggs in the garden, craft beers on tap and low intervention wines in the fridge, the newly owned Plough at Ivy Hatch is a quintessential pub of Kent, serving delicious plates of food all week long. The current menu features small plates of Crayfish Popcorn and Nduja Sausage rolls to bigger plates of aged beef burgers and traditional sustainable beer battered fish and chips – we’re sure you’ll be drooling at their specially chosen recipe in The Cook Book – Sevenoaks/Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells.

Owners Dale and James took over the pub as new management in 2018 and are reinventing pub dining with their seasonally focused menus and Kentish countryside ingredients. Set in the quiet

village of Ivy Hatch with Ightham Mote just a walk away The Plough is already a firm favourite between locals and visitors to the area.

The Cook Book – Sevenoaks/Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells will feature an eclectic range of recipes from chefs, producers and eateries, from the traditional to the modern, the legends to the new found gems, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that The Plough will feature with their modern twist on pub grub.

The Cook Book will be out on November 1st. All profits coming to Tree of Hope to help transform the lives of more seriously ill and disabled children in the UK. Published by Meze Publishing.
