Parallel London is the first fully inclusive and accessible push/run for everyone to take part in. Disabled and non-disabled people will come together from all over the country to take part! The event will be running along side a family festival which will include some of the very best accessible entertainment and attractions for everyone to enjoy.

The event also includes a Super Sensory 1k in which encourages participant to exercise all their senses. From textures, sounds, smells and colours this event is great for fun for everyone and specifically designed to engage participants.

  • Individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities
  • Individuals on the autistic spectrum who may engage with the world primarily in a sensory way
  • Individuals who may suffer with late stage dementia or specific brain damage and need sensory support in order to be able to remember an event.

You will take your place on the start line at the iconic Olympic Park exactly four years on from the London 2012 Paralympics. All abilities. All ages. No cut off times! Find out more here.. Best of all you can fundraise for  Tree of Hope and your campaign!

Participants are welcomed to finish the course with whatever it takes on the day, whether its a an electric wheelchair, racing wheelchair, walking frame of buggy! Anyone who needs a helping hand is also, welcome to bring a buddy to push guide or accompany completely free of charge!
