Jake is a 4 year old happy little boy from Watford who was born with cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia) which affects Jake’s legs and so he is unable to walk unaided.

Jake had an operation in America on the 24th October 2013 called SDR. This operation removed all the spasticity in his legs.

Jake has since made huge improvements. He is able to walk better in his frame while he is in no more pain from the tightness in his legs. Dr Park predicts that he will walk unaided within 2 years.

We are now fundraising for Tree of Hope to help with Jake’s aftercare for the next two years as this is vital for him to reach his full potential.

Please help Jake reach his dream to walk thank you.
