Please help us raise £22,000 for Tree of Hope to help Sasha to continue his ABR therapy and purchase a powered wheelchair.

My name is Alexander (or Sasha for short) and I am four years old. I was born with brain injury and because of this I have cerebral palsy. I can’t talk or walk or sit up by myself, and every movement I make takes a lot of effort.

I am a very social boy and I love people. The more fuss and attention I get the better! Despite all of my difficulties I smile and laugh a lot and I keep all those who look after me very busy.

I am very lucky because I get a lot of treatment on the NHS, but there are many other things that might help me. In addition, I need a large amount of specialist equipment to use in my everyday life.

I have started a therapy called Advanced Biomechanical Rehabilitation and I go to Belgium four times a year for my progress to be monitored. I currently have a powered wheelchair called a Wizzy Bug, but I will grow out of it within the next year so I will need to trade it in for a larger model! I would love to fundraise enough money for Tree of Hope to continue with my ABR trips and to get myself some cool wheels.

If you would like to give some pennies to help me you can donate online here. If we exceed the target amount or if we do not raise enough, or if the funds cannot be used for any other reason, they will go to Tree of Hope to help other sick children.
