Dylan Roberts needs your support!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Dylan was born addicted to Heroin and had to be weaned of it and consequently was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, global development delay, cortical blindness and has epilepsy and other medical conditions, yet he is a beautiful and cheeky young man. He was taken into care before I adopted him as a baby.
Dylan is unable, to roll over or sit up and is wheelchair dependent. Dylan had major hip reconstruction when he was six.
Dylan now needs an operation called SDR to release the spacticity in his hips and lower limbs and stop the pain he is in. If Dylan was able to walk this operation would be free on the NHS, because he can't we have to self fund. Please help me to raise this money for this surgery so I don't have to sit with him and watch the pain in his eyes when he can't get comfy.
If we raise insufficient funds, or surplus funds, then the funds will be used, if appropriate, to fund support for our child’s needs in accordance with Tree of Hope’s charitable objects. If in those circumstances we are unable to use all or part of the funds for the benefit of our child in accordance with Tree of Hope’s charitable objectives, then any funds that cannot be used will be transferred to be used for the general charitable purposes of Tree of Hope.
