Donate to Tree of Hope today so that we can continue to help children

Our beautiful 4 year old daughter has mild diplegic cerebral palsy, a type of brain damage that effects her mobility. Luckily we have been accepted for an operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy that will help her to walk flatter on her heel.

We hope by removing 65% of the nerves in a section of her spine it should help reduce spasticity in her lower legs which in turn will help her walk better. Channelle currently uses a k-walker and wheelchair but her dream is to run like the other children and dance ‘like a princess’.

We have also been advised by Chanelle’s surgeon that post-op care is really important in her overall recovery process and this includes using a physio.

If we go over the target or if we do not raise enough funds, or if they cannot be used for any other reason, the funds raised will go to the general funds of Tree of Hope to assist other sick children.
