Cocolicious Support Tree of Hope in Latest Fundraiser.

Cocolicious, a bijoux patisserie owned by the delightful Loulou Hamilton serves  delectable  sweet treats, savoury delights, indulgent milkshakes and artisan coffee in the prettiest of surroundings.  Set in the heart of the quaint village of Cranbrook,  the café is decorated in soft pinks and creamy whites, festooned with fresh flowers and cakes are served on the prettiest vintage cake stands you’ve seen.

Tree of Hope are delighted that Cocolicious will be sharing a recipe for one of their wonderful lamingtons, in The Cook Book. The lamington is an Australian cake filled with flavoured butter cream, covered in chocolate sauce and rolled in coconut and no one does them better than Cocolicious which is why Loulou’s Lamingtons are now famously supplied to London department store, Selfridges.

Cocolicous is a must visit in the region and come November 1st, The Cook Book will be available to buy in store enabling you to recreate a little Cocolicous magic at home. Cocolicious!

The Cook Book celebrates chefs, restaurants and producers from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells and its surrounding areas and will feature an eclectic range of recipes. Out November 1st. All profits coming to Tree of Hope to help transform the lives of more seriously ill and disabled children in the UK. Published by Meze Publishing.

Which Cocolicious Lamington recipe are you hoping to see featured in The Cook Book?

Pre-order here or pick up your copy from Coclicious or another contributor location from November 1st.
