Our Journey - "Charlie Boy" Aged 8
Charlie loves to play basketball, football, tennis or anything that involves a ball. He is our amazing 8 year old boy who is a conscientious, intelligent , funny and caring boy. Charlie loves to learn and tries so hard to please others and he always gives his best with his schoolwork as he loves to learn and know how things work.
However, he struggles with severe anxiety, low self esteem and the world around him is a very overwhelming place. Charlie needs daily support with tasks that other children his age can do. He is going through an ASD (Autism) diagnosis but this is a long process.
Therefore, he is in need of support from services to help him develop his emotional, social, behavioural and communication skills as soon as possible.
Charlie has an assessment booked for this month thanks to all of our amazing supporters and donations so far. We are so grateful to have been able to book that so needed assessment that now our fundraising efforts will be to pay for ongoing support, therapy and resources that would benefit Charlie's journey.
We THANK YOU for your support to help our boy grow, develop and shine like the star he is.
