Laughing and giggling

Laughing and giggling, little Lily Ketteringham wishes she could run around with her brother and sisters.
The five-year-old can’t walk or stand unaided after being diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of nine months.
But now Lily has been accepted by an American hospital for pioneering surgery which could change her life.
The operation, developed in the United States, will cost around £35,000 and will help Lily to walk properly.
