Dragon Boat Racing

Head to head_2546

For a fantastic way to raise funds as a team for Tree of Hope look no further than dragon boat racing! Dragon boat racing is an ancient Chinese tradition and one of the fastest growing water sports in Britain today – as well as the most fun!

There are five Dragon Boat Festivals across the UK organised by Gable Events that you can enter to raise funds for Tree of Hope – East Anglia, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Nottingham and Cambridge – and no previous experience is necessary.

Standard entry includes dragon boats, qualified helms and all racing equipment, at least three races per crew, souvenir programme for each team member plus trophies and medals for the top three crews and the best-placed mixed crew as well as the best-dressed. There is also a wide range of family entertainment on the bank.

To book your team’s place at one of the Festivals, click on the relevant link below and download an entry form.
