Textile Banks for your School
We are contacting you from Tree of Hope for the purpose of introducing you to this local charity and a multi-beneficial fundraising scheme that will raise money for your school.
Tree of Hope raises money by collecting second hand clothes in textile banks, which enable us to turn unwanted clothes into much needed funds. The clothing collected is paid for at a price per kilo which can be split between the school and Tree of Hope. We would like to invite you to participate in a mutually beneficial fundraising scheme that requires very little effort and comes at no cost to your school.
Once you have decided to participate in our fundraising scheme we will start the process by placing a textile bank on your premises. When the textile bank is full we will send a collector to weigh the bags, load them in a van and write a cheque for your collection, it’s that simple!
Our textile banks are discreet and their latest engineered design is compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
The scheme shall not only benefit your school and Tree of Hope by raising essential funds, but shall also those overseas. The collected clothing is sold for reuse overseas which createsjobs and provideslocals with affordable clothing.
The money raised through this scheme shall help us to provide many more children with hope and give children as well as their family’s funds they desperately need for surgery, treatment and therapy.
We believe that by participating in this fundraising scheme you will buy your school a lot of goodwill, raise pupils awareness of the charity’s cause and encourage them to practice environmentally friendly behaviour.
